He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Smith and Wilma Matyac; beloved sons, Raymond Deran and Daniel Ray; and brother-in-law, Jim Donnally. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Linda Piccione; son, Joseph William; grandchildren, Alicia, Brandon, Miranda, and Tyler Piccione, and Meganne (Elliot) Thaxton; sister-in-laws, Rita (Chris) Wiggins and Sandy Donnally; brother-in-law Jerry Donnally; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Raymond loved to laugh and joke with people. He was always patient and kind. He loved to spoil and spend time with his grandchildren. He even loved to spoil the dogs! He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
