April Love Thacker, age 46, passed away at home on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. April was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 22, 1973 to Ab and Rebecca Thacker. April worked for Freedom a la Cart for many years. She had a passion for helping others. April started the Street Outreach Program, along with providing food and clothing during Thanksgiving and Christmas to those who were out on the streets without anything during the holiday. She loved her "Butterflies" a group of women she helped and helped her. She will be remembered for being a hard worker, a kind and generous person. April enjoyed quite time painting her nails as it provided the serenity she needed and the pampering she enjoyed. Preceded in death by her parents; step-dad, William Standall and brother, Nolan "Buster" Hall. Survived by her children, Courtney and Khristian Thacker; siblings, Toni Klesmit, Sherri Thacker, Rena Thacker, Mark (Lois) Clendenin; step-mother, Shirley Thacker; many nieces and nephews; beloved cats Max and Charlie. Per the family's wishes all arrangements are private. When you are sad and sick at heart and miss April…..please do a random act of kindness in her memory.
